Purpose of personal data processing:

The purpose of the register is to maintain the company’s customer and prospect register, manage, archive and process customer orders, manage customer relations, communicate the company’s products, services and current affairs to customers and potential customers. Name, address, position/title in the company, company, contacts and their notes, purchase history, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address information, billing information, industry, cookies from websites and Y-ID.

The personal data of the register is collected either directly from the registered person, e.g. during contact by phone, e-mail, at a meeting or at events, with the help of forms filled out on the company’s website (e.g. contact forms), or alternatively by obtaining contact information of the registered persons from the partners of the registrar, who use publicly available data sources as their data sources.

Should personal data be provided and the consequences of not providing it:
As the collection of personal data is based on a customer contract relationship, the information is necessary to maintain the customer contract.

Personal data storage period:
We keep personal data in this customer register for 15 years, or if we have a customer relationship, for the entire duration of the customer relationship and for another 15 years after that. The storage period may also be longer due to statutory requirements.

The registered person has the right to correct or supplement his data and to demand the deletion of data, taking into account the limitations imposed by law and legitimate interest. Notification of changes and deletion must be made in writing to the controller.

Every data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the data protection regulation, without prejudice to other administrative appeals or legal remedies.
